Manufacturing processWe use hardware finishes from the Sigenia Titan AF brand (Germany). Its production is equipped with a special roller mechanism protecting windows from loosening. Our windows are covered with acrylic lacquers and paints produced by the Sikkens and Remmers companies (Germany). The filler is produced from polyurethane foam by the Schlegel company. This type of filler preserves its elastic properties for a long time and protects from air leaks. In addition to this, windows can be clad in aluminum.
What types of wood do we use?Timber windows are made of three-layer glued laminated timber (glulam) 78 or 88 mm thick. Timber is made of carefully selected and dried boards that are bonded together with durable structural adhesives. Three wood types are available: pine, larch, and oak. We use two kinds of glulam: 1. Prime quality. Dimensional lumbers are bonded together with the help of small tenons, and there can be up to 3 component boards on each metre of the glulam. The lumbers may differ by texture, fiber orientation, and the wood hue. Glulam of this type has the best protection from the wood warping. It most suits large-sized windows. 2. Lux. Has no tenons. There can be no grafting for up to 3,000 mm. Glued laminated timber of the following types is available:
